Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes! Local pickup is available from North Richmond, NSW. We’ll confirm when your order is ready and arrange a time that suits you.

Will I receive a tracking number?

For Sydney deliveries, we provide manual updates via email or text rather than courier tracking. For future Australia-wide orders, tracking numbers will be included once courier services are in use.
